The Zen Den was created for a family who wants to enjoy the best of both indoor and outdoor living while on camping adventures. We managed to get 5 sleeping spaces into the van by incorporating a rooftop tent and folding bench seat. The layout is highly configurable and slide-out rear kitchen saves space while allowing them to cook outdoors. 

    •  Insulation & Soundproofing: The van is equipped with LizardSkin sound control and ceramic insulation throughout, ensuring a quiet and comfortable environment, while 3M Thinsulate insulation in the van cavities enhances climate control.

    • High-Quality Construction: Laminated Baltic Birch and bamboo construction throughout the interior offers both durability and a modern aesthetic. Upholstered marine-grade plywood panels, along with a custom upholstered cab headliner and rear transom, add to the luxurious feel of the space.

    • Stylish Lighting: A bamboo ceiling adorned with LED puck lights provides warm, energy-efficient illumination, creating an inviting atmosphere in the living area.

    • Heating & Ventilation: Two MaxxAire 12V roof vents enhance airflow, allowing for excellent ventilation during warm weather and helping to prevent condensation buildup. The Webasto AirTop 2000STC diesel heater ensures a cozy environment in colder climates.

    • Flooring & Windows: The bamboo-textured floor, combined with an insulated subfloor, offers durability and comfort underfoot. The Tern Overland bunk windows and driver-side window allow natural light and fresh air to flood the interior, enhancing your connection to the great outdoors.

    • Versatile Seating: The 3-passenger bench seat folds flat, providing a comfortable sleeping or lounging area that maximizes living space.

    • Water: The van features two 20-gallon custom water tanks—one over the driver’s side wheel well for hot water and another over the passenger side wheel well for fresh water—ensuring ample supply for cooking and cleaning. The Scandvik marine-grade exterior spray shower with a 6' extension allows for easy cleanup after outdoor activities.

    • Kitchen: The ABS laminated Baltic Birch and bamboo kitchen can slide out the rear for outdoor cooking. The kitchen is equipped with a SnowMaster CL56D fridge/freezer.

    • Audio Experience: An Alpine 8" compact powered subwoofer, Infinity Reference 6 1/2" door speakers, and two-channel rear ceiling speakers wired in parallel deliver an immersive audio experience for entertainment and relaxation.

    • Solar Power: Sunflare solar panels mounted to the CAMPTEQ rooftop tent allow for harnessing renewable energy, ensuring that you can keep devices charged and maintain power for appliances during off-grid adventures.

    • Battery Storage: A 224Ah AGM battery bank located in the hood compartment provides robust power storage, enabling you to run electrical devices efficiently throughout your trips.

    • Vehicle Management System: The REDARC Redvision Manager30 total vehicle management system offers comprehensive control over electrical systems, including monitoring battery levels and managing power distribution, ensuring a seamless electrical experience.

    • Tires & Suspension: The van rides on BF Goodrich T/A KO2 265/70/17 tires mounted on Black Rhino Overland wheels, delivering excellent traction and durability for off-road excursions. A Van Compass VS30 2" lift kit with Fox Racing rear shock and Sumo Spring front upgrade enhances suspension performance, ensuring a smooth ride on rough terrain.

    • Awning: A Thule Hideaway 10'6" roof mount awning provides essential shade and protection from the elements, making outdoor activities more comfortable and enjoyable.

    • Additional Accessories: The inclusion of extra winter tires ensures that you're prepared for any seasonal conditions. An Aluminess side-mount ladder with deck tape facilitates safe access to the roof, allowing you to store additional gear or enjoy views from above.

    ABEONA

    The Abeona custom van was designed to be comfortable even on extended trips. It is loaded with creature comforts, like a stowable shower and a high-end kitchen complete with induction cooktop and coffeemaker. It’s powered by the SAGA 4V power system with a 9.6kW battery bank and 270W solar power, so it remains functional even for extended off-grid trips, and the advanced climate control system means it can be used all year round.

  • Blue Sprinter Van in the Mountains of Aspen

    This van was designed for an active couple who loves skiing, so it was important that the van was equipped for icy roads and sub-freezing conditions. In addition to a fantastic heating and suspension system, the van has features like frost-proof plumbing so they can take a hot shower after adventures.
